Who we are

Pocket Padel is run by TRM Flex Ltd, the data controller. Contact hello@pocketpadel.co.uk.

What we collect and why

The details you give us, such as your name and email, and what you record in the app, such as matches, scores and clips. We use them to provide Pocket Padel to you (contract), to keep it secure and improve it (legitimate interests), and, where you opt in, for marketing and optional features (consent). Your league's data is visible to your league only.

Optional features

Some features, such as court analysis, are off unless you switch them on. You can switch them off at any time, and we delete what they kept about you.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who run parts of Pocket Padel for us, under contract and on our instructions. We never sell your data. Some providers are outside the UK; where they are, your data is protected by the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to provide Pocket Padel, or as the law requires. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email hello@pocketpadel.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Pocket Padel is for ages 16 and over.
