Short version: we ask for an email so we can tell you when Pocket Padel is ready. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and you can get it deleted whenever you like.

Who we are

Pocket Padel is a product of TRM Flex Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17090539. TRM Flex Ltd is the data controller for the details you give us on this site. Reach us at hello@pocketpadel.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Your first name and where you play, if you choose to give them.
• The date you signed up, and the page or link that brought you here.

That's it. No account, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels on this page.

Why we hold it

To contact you about early access to Pocket Padel and to tell you when the app launches. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we'll stop.

Where it lives

Your details are stored in our Supabase database, hosted in the United Kingdom (London region). The site itself is hosted by Netlify. Both act as processors for us and are bound to keep the data secure.

How long we keep it

Until the app has launched and you've either joined or told us you're not interested, and no longer than 24 months from your sign-up without hearing from you. After that we delete the record.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email hello@pocketpadel.co.uk and we'll sort it within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this notice changes we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you're on the list, we'll email you.
